At ZaraiDawai.pk, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order isn’t right, we are here to help you fix it quickly.
Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: You have 7 days from the date you receive your package to request a return or exchange. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
Q: Can I return an opened bottle or bag?
A: No. To ensure chemical safety and product purity, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Once a seal is broken, the item is non-returnable.
Q: Do you guarantee seed germination?
A: While we only sell high-quality, verified seeds, ZaraiDawai.pk does not guarantee germination rates. Because soil conditions, weather, and sowing methods are outside of our supervision, we cannot offer refunds based on crop performance or germination results.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is inspected and approved, we can process your refund via:
