A: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase pesticides or chemical products from ZaraiDawai.pk. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Q: Can ZaraiDawai cancel my order?
A: Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is out of stock, contains a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Q: Is the “Expert Advice” guaranteed?
A: No. While our team provides suggestions based on 2026 agronomy standards, the final responsibility for product application lies with the farmer. ZaraiDawai.pk is not liable for crop loss or damage resulting from the use of products or advice provided on this site.
Q: Are the prices fixed?
A: Yes. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the price is locked. However, we reserve the right to update prices on the website at any time without prior notice due to market changes.
Q: Where are legal disputes settled?
A: These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes or claims related to ZaraiDawai.pk shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
